Directions
Travelling along the M56 from Wirral, Wales and Chester
Turn off the M56 at junction 11. Take the second left off the slip road roundabout onto the dual carriageway, following signs for A56 Warrington (“Chester Road”). Carry on along the A56 going straight across the first roundabout and through the next set of traffic lights. After approx 3 miles at the end of the dual carriageway take the second right onto Ellesmere Road. Carry along to the next set of lights and turn right over the Manchester Ship Canal swing bridge. at the first set of traffic lights about half a mile down the road go straight on.
At the set of lights about 100 yards after the swing bridge turn left. You will see Morrisons Supermarket on the left and The White House on your right as you drive towards the Bruntwood Wilderspool Park Security Lodge which is situated about 250 yards on the right. Report in at the lodge and they will direct you to car parking. The White House is located about 250 yards to your right from the lodge. On arrival at the White House please report to reception.
M6 South and from the east:
From either direction on the M56 proceed to junction 10 and leave the motorway. Follow signs for A49 Warrington/Stockton Heath at the first set of traffic lights about half a mile down the road go straight on.
Continue straight down over the roundabout for about 1.5 miles to the next set of traffic lights. Carry straight on down the hill for about 1 mile through a set of traffic lights to Stockton Heath village centre and at the lights go straight on through the village over the Manchester Ship Canal swing bridge.
At the set of lights about 100 yards after the swing bridge turn left. From the North :
Leave the M6 southbound at junction 21a and join the M62 at junction 10.
Leave the M62 at junction 9 and head for A49 Warrington town centre.
Go straight over the first four roundabouts and follow signs for A49 Stockton Heath. Proceed straight over the next two roundabouts and continue along the A49 for about 1 mile to a set of traffic lights.
Go straight through the lights for about 350 yards to the next set of lights and turn right. Go past Morrisons Supermarket on the left and the security lodge of Wilderspool Park is situated about 250 yards on the right. Please report to reception.
